CloudTen Operations Centre
Support the products and services people rely on.
CloudTen is expanding its multi-product support organisation with 15 new roles spanning remote virtual support and on-site Operations Centre work in Abuja. Teams support general CloudTen services and priority platforms including VirtualMedix, AI Code Stripper, PathwayTalk, CloudTen Mobile and CloudTen LMS.
Support roles operate within defined privacy, security and escalation boundaries. VirtualMedix support personnel do not provide diagnosis or treatment advice; clinical matters are escalated to authorised healthcare professionals.

Ten senior engineering roles and fifteen new Operations Centre and support roles are open. Published compensation is a U.S.-market reference range in USD; final compensation, benefits, employment classification and statutory entitlements depend on role scope, experience, employing entity and work location.
